Road From m5 junction 30, take a379 head to Exeter/Dawish. At roundabout follow b3182 towards city centre. Follow signs to Central rail station, hotel is opposite. There is limited parking spaces available at a charge of 5.00 per 24 hours. Spaces are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance. Railway and the Tube Exeter Central Rail Station is adjacent to the hotel. Air From Exeter Airport either by bus / car, join the A30 at Clyst Honiton towards Exeter. Follow signs to City Centre, pass the High Street on the left and keep going until you reach the roundabout by Exeter H.M. Prison. Turn left and at the next roundabout turn left again into Queen Street. The hotel is on the right, opposite Central Station.

All bedrooms are non-smoking. Please note there are only 28 car parking spaces available on site, therefore it is on a first come first serve basis. Any bookings of 10 rooms or more will be subject to client receiving a group contract directly from the hotel
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. Groups: When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs GBP 8.00 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
